VisaReady records video, audio, transcripts, perception events, intake details, payment status, and generated reports only to run the simulation and counselor review.

Transcripts and recordings are retained for 180 days, then purged. Deletion requests can be sent through the WhatsApp contact link.

Scores are practice feedback. They are not government decisions and do not predict visa outcomes.
